Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Okay, but he also has abilities of his own and they might get a bit of a headache from two peoples memories inside of him
Warnings:
Konoe DOES come from a 18+ game so some of the content in his history is sexual in origin.(it's a nitro chiral game sooo) For the most part it probably won't come up specifically when talking to Konoe unless he knows them well, but it's still there and may come up at some point.
Addition:
Konoe also has the ability of empathy, which means he can sense and feel the emotions in people, objects, and places that have a strong response. Basically, if you're character has an emotional response, especially a strong one, Konoe will be able to know/feel it himself. He cannot control when this happens at all.
If your character has any abilities that would interfere or stop this from happening, please let me know/comment/whatever, or if there's any other strange circumstances.
